Newberry County Memorial Hospital will hold its eighth annual Weekend of Wellness today and Saturday.
On Friday the hospital will be offering free screenings for blood pressure, pre-diabetic, BMI-height/weight and hand grip strength screenings from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m, said Newberry County Memorial Hospital Exercise Physiologist Tracy Mack.
Then bright and early Saturday the hospital will hold its annual 5k run, two mile walk and junior jog.
The run/walk will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Packet pick-up and race day registration is from 7 to 8 a.m.
After the junior jog, the hospital will will have a Easter Egg hunt for the junior jog participates.
