On Monday, Mary Susan Brooks, 61, who had addresses in both Prosperity and Union when she was arrested last February, was sentenced to five years in prison; suspended to three years probation. I personally think this is not the correct sentence. Does it send a message to others that it's ok to poison one's husband. You will only get a slap on the had for it.. Gezzz what kind of judge would not give a better sentence for something like that.
