Bright and early tomorrow morning at 7, Rotary Club will host its 29th annual Newberry Rotary Club Prayer Breakfast at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer on Boundary Street.
Inspirational speaker and humorist Glenn Ward from Columbia will address the crowd and the club will name its layperson for 2008.
The event is often referred to as “the event that begins the holiday season.”
The 7 a.m. event will include breakfast and cost $5. Tickets can be purchased at the door or from any Rotary Club member.
