Three teens have been accused of murdering a Chappells man.
Around 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, Reginald Antwan “Antonio” Lindsay, 22, of 1469 Goggins School Road, Chappells was talking with friends on Puckett Ferry Road in Cross Hill.
A car with three teens inside pulled up, and an argument began between the motorists and the group standing beside the road.
During the argument a 15-year-old allegedly opened fire on the crowd.
Three bullets struck Lindsay in the chest, back and left leg.
According to Laurens County Coroner Nick Nichols, Lindsay ran a short distance, collapsed and died.
The three teens then drove to Clinton, according to reports.
Laurens County deputies have arrested brothers Travis Maurice Owens, 18, and Terrence Owens, 16, of 101 Laurensview Drive, Laurens, and a 15-year-old in connection with the murder.
