Greeson, Haltiwanger to wed in Gastonia

Mr. and Mrs. Bryan David Greeson of Gastonia, N.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Becca Lisal Greeson to Jeremy Thomas Haltiwanger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Melvin Haltiwanger of Newberry.

The bride's maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. John William Pratt of Lake Wylie; paternal grandparents are Thelma Greeson and the late Albert Grady Greeson of Greensboro, N.C. She will graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education.

The groom's maternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Maffett Halfacre; paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. George Edward Haltiwanger, all of Newberry. He has a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a masters of accountancy from The University of South Carolina. Jeremy is employed with Deloitte and Touche, LLP in Charlotte, N.C.

The wedding is planned for May at First A.R.P. Church in Gastonia.
