NEWBERRY — Judge Eugene C. Griffith Jr. accepted the following guilty pleas during a recent session of General Sessions court:
• Joseph Gallman Jr., 46, of 1911 Charles Street, Newberry, domestic violence, time served, credit 72 days. Concurrent with DUI, six months in prison, and pay $3,000, suspended; 72 days and payment of $1,100, 48 months probation.
• Nakiata Lashay Wise, 30, of 1551 Mt Bethel Garmany Road, Newberry, breach of trust fraudulent intent, time served, credit three days.
• Addisus Antonio Floyd, 25, 2604 Myrtle Street, Apt. 28, Newberry, possession of cocaine, 17 months in prison, credit seven days.
• Kweisi Steven Nicks, 21, of 138 Cy Schumpert Road, Prosperity, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, four years in prison, credit since Nov. 16, 2016. Concurrent with assault and battery, 10 years in prison, suspended; four months in prison and 36 months probation.
• Donald Ray Alton Jr., 47, of 1636 State Park Road, Prosperity, receiving stolen goods, 10 years in prison, suspended; four months in prison, and 48 months probation. Credit 30 days.
• Letravis Markel Ouzts, 27, of 242 Little Ranches Road, Newberry, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, 15 years in prison, suspended; 10 years in prison and 30 months probation. Concurrent with unlawful sale or delivery of pistol and assault and battery, credit 38 days.
• Alex Terril Fedrick, 29, 614 Milligan Street, Newberry, possession of a controlled substance, time served, credit two days.
• Mark Kevin Ammons Jr., 28, of 237 Broom Street, Whitmire, possession of a controlled substance, six months in prison, suspended; time served and 18 months probation, credit 14 days.
• Jonathan Derrick Eison, 25, of 116 Mountain Brook Lane, Spartanburg, possession of a controlled substance, time served, credit two days.
• David Bruce Sanders Jr., 45, of 206 Barron Street, Union, grand larceny, five months in prison, credit 75 days.
• Denzel Alexander Leamon, 23, of 326 Glenlea Lane, Greenville, possession of heroin, under the Youthful Offender Act not to exceed three years, suspended; 30 months probation. Concurrent with identity fraud.
• Johnathan Edward Lusk, 21, of 1621 Hughey Ferry Road, Pomaria, assault and battery, under the Youthful Offender Act not to exceed three years, suspended; 60 months probation.
