Newberry College student-athletes named to SAC Honor Roll


NEWBERRY — The South Atlantic Conference has released the 2014-15 Commissioner’s Honor Roll, with 126 Newberry College student-athletes named to the list.

To be eligible for inclusion on the SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, student-athletes must have competed in a sponsored championship sport and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher throughout the academic year.

When Newberry’s non-SAC varsity sports of field hockey, wrestling and dance are included, 152 student-athletes meet the grade requirements.
