PROSPERITY — The Mid-Carolina High School Rebels played Columbia over the weekend and defeated them 69-67.
Junior Aynsly Bowers led the way with 16 points. Senior Tyrone Coleman added 10 points, along with juniors Jerel Dewalt and Kaleb Boland. Senior Rod Byrd and junior Jack Edwards added nine points. Edwards hit the go-ahead three point shot with under a minute remaining.
