NEWBERRY — With the South Atlantic Conference hosting its annual football Digital Media Day this Wednesday, Newberry College head football coach Todd Knight will join media outlets across South Carolina in a Statewide Media Blitz.

Knight is slated to speak on six radio shows in markets across the state, spanning all time slots during the day.

The Blitz will start at 8:05 a.m. when Knight hops on “The Early Game” on 107.5 FM The Game in Columbia with Benji Norton, Bob Shields and Tommy Moody. At 8:20 a.m., Knight will join “The Drive” on Sports Radio 100.3 FM in Myrtle Beach with Aaron Marks.

Locally, Knight will make his first appearance around 9:30 a.m. on Newberry College’s “Coffee Hour” program on WKDK-AM 1240.

Knight will make his appearance in the SAC Digital Media Day chat for approximately 15 minutes at 11:05 a.m.

The Blitz shifts to the Holy City at 5:25 p.m., as Knight joins Bobby Hartin on “Fan Talk” in the Charleston market on ESPN Charleston 98.9 FM.

At 6:05 p.m., Knight hits the Upstate airwaves on “Straight Up with Sturg” with Mark Sturgis on ESPN Upstate, which can be found at 105.9 FM and AM 1330 in Greenville and 97.1 FM and AM 950 in Spartanburg.

The Blitz wraps up at 7:30 p.m. when Knight joins Phil Kornblut, the Professor and K-Mac on “Sports Talk” across the South Carolina Radio Network. “Sports Talk” can be heard on 29 affiliates in the state, including WKDK-AM 1240.

Parts of Knight’s busy media schedule will also be broadcast on the Periscope app, as well as other special treats, which will be announced throughout the day on the Wolves’ official Twitter account – @NewberrySports.
