NEWBERRY – Newberry has been picked to finish 11th in the South Atlantic Conference preseason soccer poll after a vote of the league’s coaches.
The Wolves have a new head coach in Bryce Cooper, and also have 14 new additions to this year’s roster. There is a lot of excitement for the upcoming year in Newberry for the men’s soccer squad.
Newberry opens the season at Georgia Southwestern on Sept. 1 at 4:30 p.m. The South Atlantic Conference opener takes place at Catawba on Sept. 14.
