Amanda Crayne, right, was chosen to represent the Newberry Electric Cooperative on the 2013 Washington, D.C. Youth Tour. She will travel to Washington June 15-20. NEWBERRY — Three employees of the City were recognized at Tuesday’s Newberry City Council meeting by Mayor Foster Senn and City Manager Jeff Shacker.
