Curcio graduates from Brevard
BREVARD, N.C. — Phillip Andrew Curcio of Pomaria graduated from Brevard College during its 160th commencement ceremony on May 11 with a bachelor’s degree in health science studies. Curcio also earned honor roll for the spring semester of the 2012-2013 academic year. To be eligible for the honor roll, students must be enrolled full-time and earn a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.49 during the semester.

LITTLE MOUNTAIN — The Little Mountain fire department was thanked and honored with a resolution by the town council at last Tuesday’s meeting.
