CLINTON – Musgrove Mill State Historic Site will present a unique opportunity on April 13 when park staff introduce the basic guidelines for geocaching to the public. Newberry garage burns
NEWBERRY — The Friendly Fire Department was still working to extinguish a garage fire Thursday afternoon by I-26 between Newberry and Whitmire. According to Butch Price, the garage was on fire and they were putting out the hot spots before 2 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Students at Newberry Elementary School worked hard to raise money for Pennies for Patients. Students in Jenni Finley's class donated the most funds to Pennies for Patients this school year.
