NEWBERRY — A mental patient was located Thursday morning in Scotts Creek behind the Medical Park by deputies with bloodhounds. The patient was reported missing before 6 a.m. after he walked walked away from the hospital. Law enforcement speculated he was in the woods behind the Bi-Lo or between Glenn and Evans streets.
