NEWBERRY — Mother’s Day is May 12 and The Newberry Observer would like to publish our readers’ fondest childhood memories of their mothers in our May 10 edition. Submissions should be 200 words or less. Each submission can be accompanied by a photo of the writer’s mother which will also be published.
To have your memory of your mother published for Mother’s Day, email it to nbonews@civitasmedia.com or drop it by our office at 1716 Main St. in Newberry. All emailed photos should be high-resolution JPEGs. Photos of poor quality will not be used. The deadline for submissions is May 8.
