NEWBERRY — The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Anthony Jovan Roach, 28, driving under the influence and operating or permitting operation of vehicle which is not registered and licensed.

Derek Todd Fulmer, 27, driving under the influence and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Newberry Police

Gabriel Juan Diego, 36, driving under suspension, failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle and window tinting or sunscreening, installation, sale, or certificate violation.

Troy Leonard Sims, 41, drinking alcoholic liquors in public and shoplifting.

Johnnie Tymaine Griffin, 31, trespassing.

Joseph Roddy Livingston, 53, third degree assault and battery.

Antario Lewis Blue, 24, shoplifting.

Nicasio Pacheco-Aguilar, 55, failure to obey traffic-control devices and driving without a license.

Eugene Clarence Fowler, 31, driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

Kelly Harrison Bryan, 36,drinking alcoholic liquors in public conveyance.

David Antwon June, 27, driving under suspension, speeding and uninsured motor vehicle fee violation.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Patrick Blakely, 49, driving under suspension, nonregistered vehicle, failure to register or false statement, uninsured motor vehicle fee violation and receiving stolen goods.

Collins Montel Kessler, 20, possession of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Keshad Amir-Tyriq Boyd, 19, possession of marijuana and operating motor vehicle without license in possession.

Jeffrey Lee Davis, 40, reckless driving, open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, giving false information to law enforcement, and seatbelt violation.

Cynthia Jowers Davis, 43, open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle and public disorderly conduct.

Kathleen Marie Burgess, 40, violation of restraining order issued in magistrate court.

Quanisha Anthonetta Byrd, 22, magistrate’s court bench warrant.
