This pretty sweet girl is named NuNu. She is about 2-years-old, heartworm negative and does well on a leash. NuNu came to the pound in bad shape: she weighed less than 20 pounds. She was found tied to a porch on a short chain with no food, water or shelter and was starving. She appeared to have had puppies recently but there was no sign of them anywhere. Since she has been with animal control she has gained the weight she needed to and is now about 35 to 40 pounds of pure love. She is now asking for someone to give her a second chance, someone to love her and keep her safe. We have high hopes for her. Is this girl not just beautiful? Her name is Trysta, she is 2- to 3-years-old, leash broken and heartworm negative. Trysta was an owner-surrender here and came in with other dogs. She seemed to do well with them. Not sure how she is with cats but can test her with them. She also has the loving heart and personality to go along with her good looks. Animal control workers think she would make a great inside dog, she keeps her kennel clean and prefers that she stay well groomed. Also with the super short hair shedding shouldn’t be an issue. Can someone please help this baby get out of the shelter? She needs a second chance at life.
