Young players exude ‘Not So Grimm’ tales

Nick and Judah Rendelman narrate the Imagination Alley Children’s Theatre play Friday night at the Prosperity Civic Center. The two boys played Johan and Wilhelm Grimm in the youth play based on the Grimm Brother’s Fairytales.

Twenty one young children and teens acted out The Twelve Huntsmen Friday night at the Prosperity Civic Center. The youth are a part of the Imagination Alley Children’s Theatre which is a part of the Newberry Community Players and acted out many plays based on the Grimm Brothers tales. The Bremen Town Musicians was another play brought by the youth in the Imagination Alley Children’s Theatre Friday night at the Prosperity Civic Center. The youth put together all the plays by acting and writing under direction of Director Ellen Hunt.
