The vigil was attended by a dozen people including three children and only one male New Black Panther member. However, over two dozen spectators gathered near Highway 34 to watch the 15 minute vigil.
The group was not allowed on the Orchard Park Trailer Park property but held the vigil in the ditch area on the opposite coroner from the mobile home community.
The vigil included prayer and candle lighting for murder victim Anthony Hill.
The press conference in front of the Columbia City Hall encouraged people to attend tomorrow's march from Wise Street to the Courthouse.
The gathering starts at 3 p.m. and the march begins at 5 p.m.
