Elizabeth Rasor is the new president of the Drayton Rutherford Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC). On Sept. 9, the Drayton Rutherford Chapter had their first meeting of the year with Rasor as the new president. Special guest Eloise Verdie was also at the meeting. Verdie is the S.C. president of the UDC.
