More and more pets are contending for the cutest pet title.
The Newberry Observer’s Cutest Pet Contest is continuing to receive more entries from people who believe their pet is the most adorable thing.
While the dogs are dominating, there are submissions for cats, a horse and even a ferret.
There is still plenty of time left to submit, but don’t let the deadline creep up on you.
After all, not only will the winner receive bragging rights to having the cutest pet in Newberry County, the winner also receives a gift prize from the sponsor, Chapin Pet Lodge.
So start snapping photos of your cute dog, cat, horse, pig, goat, sheep or perhaps you have a totally terrific turtle.
Remember, that entries may be submitted through Sept. 30. Voting actually begins on Monday and people may vote up to five times a day, every day.
The steps are simple: Simply log onto www.newberryobserver.com and click on the alternating Cutest Pet logo along the right side of the web page.
Either log in with an existing username and password used for The Observer’s web site or register or log in through your Facebook account.
It’s that easy.
So go ahead and show everyone the cuteness of your pet.
