NEWBERRY —The City of Newberry’s Christmas holiday event, A Vintage Christmas, will be held Dec. 14 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
This event is a Victorian style celebration of the Christmas holiday. Local musicians will be performing carols on Main Street in downtown Newberry and children will enjoy decorating homemade cookies and a special visit from Santa Claus at the beautifully lit Memorial Park at 6:45 p.m.
A Vintage Christmas will also provide an opportunity for families to shop in a festive atmosphere as the specialty shops will have extended hours for the evening.
You are certain to find that special gift for everyone on the shopping list.
No celebration would be complete without a meal from one of Newberry’s restaurants.
