NEWBERRY - The Newberry College men’s golf team will start its 2013 spring schedule highly ranked as they push for the South Atlantic Conference championship and another NCAA regional berth.
As a team, Newberry is ranked 13th in the GolfStat NCAA Division II head-to-head rankings, the highest ranking SAC school.
Individually, Jon Weiss is ranked 38th in the nation, while Chandler Greunemeier is tied for 43rd nationally.
