The Mid-Carolina eighth grade football team lost to Lugoff Elgin Middle School 32-8 on Thursday.
For the Rebels Jevon Boyd scored on a 52 yard reception from Corey Stone.
Zach Hentz scored the two point conversion on a reception from Stone.
R.J. Wadsworth was the leading rusher for the Rebels with 13 yards.
Stone was 4/4 for 109 yards passing.
On defense Iyon Thompson was the leading tackler with nine tackles.
Jaquez Williams had five tackles and Boyd and Damien Gorie each had an interception.
