NEWBERRY — Mrs. Lurline D. Mack, 81, of 515 Boundary St., Newberry, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012, at her residence.

Born in Newberry she was a daughter of the late Mr. Horace Morgan and the late Mrs. Katie Burton Davis.

She was a member of Mount Olive A.M.E. Church in Kinards where she was a member of the senior choir and was a member of the Women’s Home Aid Society Lodge No. 72.

Those who celebrate her life and cherish loving and fond memories include a son, Michael Mack of Newberry; four daughters, Johnnie Mae Rice of Clinton, Geraldine Mack, Diane Mack and Linda Mack all of Newberry; two grandchildren Nancy Rice of Greenville and Chiauita Ruff of Newberry; one great-grand Xyaereah Ruff of Newberry; one sister Mrs. Ann White of Cleveland, Ohio; a son William Mack predeceased her. Also other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her but rejoice that she is now resting with the Lord.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial followed in Mount Olive A.M.E. Church cemetery.
