The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
Newberry Police
Carla Quoanvodka Penny, 30, was arrested and charged with giving false information to law enforcement.
Prosperity Police
Tiyon Kadeem Sanders, 18, was arrested and charged with petit or simple larceny.
Newberry County Sheriff’s Office
Pritchett Ray Coleman, 22, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.
Melissa Darlene Saverance, 30, was arrested and charged with failure to return rented objects, fraudulent appropriation, value $2,000 or less.
Janika Oriel- Shatrice Mendenhall, 26, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.
