The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
Newberry Police
Alexander Kade Lanier, 17, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.
Newberry County Sheriff’s Office
Howard Devion Sims, 31, was arrested and charged with three magistrate’s court bench warrants.
Carroll Raymond Graham, 65, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.
Maria De Lourdes Gonzalez-Luna, 35, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, unlawful turning, turning from wrong lane or improper signal traffic and child passenger restraint system article violation.
Marquis Kentrell Nance, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
