Charles Bradly Griffin, 36, was arrested and charged with hunting or fishing while under suspension and obtaining or attempting to obtain a license, permit, stamp or tag during suspension.

Family Court

Kenneth Lamar Coffey, 36, was arrested and charged with a family court sentence for child support.

Christopher Phillip Riley, 31, was arrested and charged with a family court sentence for child support.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Travis Izeal King, 23, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Kristin Alice Foley, 42, was arrested and charged with transport alcohol in motor vehicle with seal broken and driving under the influence.

Bryan Patrick Tarlton, 40, was arrested and charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, driving under the influence and hit and run, duties of driver involved in accident with minor personal injury.

Newberry Police Department

Laytoyta Roshell Jackson, 22, was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.

Trez McCello Feaster, 47, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and possession of a controlled substance.

John Sammie Ruff, 61, was arrested and charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, failure to change address, drinking alcoholic liquors in public and a magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Jonathan Conard Dawkins, 25, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Jose Daniel Lopez, 27, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding.

Leonardo Jamal Wimphrie, 28, was arrested and charged with violation of probation warrant.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Alvaro Trujillo Huerta, 27, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, driving without a license, failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle and speeding.

Maria E. Martinez-Zamora, 25, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Brandon Fitzgerald Grooms, 22, was arrested and charged with unlawful use of license or fraudulent application for license, operating motor vehicle without license in possession, possession of marijuana and unlawful turning, turning from wrong lane or improper signal.

Travis Neal Laxton, 21, was arrested and charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle and drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Nicole Alma Smith, 25, was arrested and charged with failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation, driving under suspension, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

Kedrick Bernard Brown, 27, was arrested and charged with driving on wrong side of road, reckless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Whitmire Police

Ervin Ross Wagner, 68, was arrested and charged with trespassing and public disorderly conduct.

Preston Maurice Neal, 28, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
