Chris A. Whitley, 39, was arrested and charged with boating under the influence.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Kenneth Bouler, 50, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Newberry Police

Williams Alexander Kellett, 26, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs and possession with intent to distribute drugs with the proximity of a school.

Tracy Jerome Nance, 46, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation, failure to change address and magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Tailib Rashaad Lomax, 20, was arrested and charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct with minor, or attempt - victim 11 to 14 years of age.

Brittney Laurel Fulmer, 22, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Timothy Horace Fulmer, 23, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Shuntel Monique Hackett, 26, was arrested and charged with two magistrate’s court bench warrants.

Keith Leonard Wright, 50, was arrested and charged with exposure of private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner.

India Dionne Simpson, 21, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation traffic and speeding.

Johnny Ray Berley, 58, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public, open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle and littering.

James Rudolf Williams, 58, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

David Michael Coley, 30, 2was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence.

Xavier Latron Thomas, 26, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Kassie Terrell Ford, 23, was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting.

Ashley Christina White, 21, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Antwone Jerome Anderson, 32, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, uninsured motor vehicle fee violation, reckless driving and two counts of shoplifting.

Damon Lamard Pace, 22, was arrested and charged with four general sessions bench warrants.

Kandace Leann Windham, 21, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

David Aaron Hedgepeth, 21, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct,

Chaunte Danielle Trapp, 20, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension and speeding.

Cassius Johnson, 42, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.

Georgia King Dodge, 43, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.
