Phillip Arlin Smith, 50, was arrested and charged with operating or permitting operation of vehicle which is not registered and licensed, failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle and driving under suspension.

Dyamond Danielle Moore, 19, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Tommy Ray Langford, 77, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct and resisting arrest; oppose, resist, or assault law enforcement officer serving process.

Carlos Alejandro Carrillo, 20, was arrested and charged with passing unlawfully and driving under suspension.

Daisy Teran, 21, was arrested and charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle alcohol and drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Tequila Sheri Jones, 22, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct and failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation.
