God’s word will stand forever. It is more than 66 books. It is our strength, encouragement, comfort and our guide. And we need it every day of our lives.
The scriptures show us just how much God loves us. He gave his only begotten son to die for our sins and he arose so we could know that he loves us.
Sometimes we may not fully understand why we have to wait for answers to our prayers.
But God’s grace is always there for us. His love is never ending.
“For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater. So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing where to I send it.” Isaiah 55:10-11
God’s word is so important to our relationship with Christ. It will help us mature and grow in our walk with the Lord.
