The following are guilty pleas taken during the general sessions term of court that started Nov. 30:
• Tanner Lee Baldridge, 17, of 3504 Dufford St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced to five years in prison; suspended to five days in jail with credit for time served of same and five years probation.
Baldridge also pleaded guilty to malicious injury to property and was sentenced to five years in prison; suspended to five days in jail with credit for time served of same, five years probation and to pay $12,000 in restitution.
• Gerald Wise, 50, of 4505 Saint Lukes Church Road, Prosperity, pleaded guilty to forgery and was sentenced to 18 months in prison; suspended to 68 days in jail with credit for time served of same, 24 months probation and to pay $591 in restitution.
• Jarvis Jamel Sligh, 24, of 602 Evans St., Whitmire, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of crack cocaine and was sentenced to two years in prison; suspended to seven days in jail and two years probation with credit for time served of same.
• Curtis Lorenzo Mosley, 36, of 109 William Hardin Road, Columbia, pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
• Anthony William Boening, 28, of 1300 Drayton St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to criminal domestic violence second offense and was sentenced to one year in prison and a fine of $2,500; suspended to credit for time served of 20 days in jail and 12 months probation.
• Amber Bonet Salaam, 21, of 2113 Ola St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to distribution of marijuana and was sentenced to 18 months in prison; suspended to credit for time served since Aug. 28.
Salaam also Newberry, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana in the proximity of a school and was sentenced to 18 months in prison; suspended to credit for time served.
• Major Earl Hall, 35, of 900 Cline St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to a property crime enhancement or shoplifting and was sentenced to two years in prison; suspended to 90 days in jail with credit for time served since Nov. 17 and two years probation.
• Trevor Howard Likes, 26, of 2333 Highway 395, Newberry, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail; suspended to three days in jail with credit for time served and 12 months probation.
• David Joe Brown, 47, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to second offense driving under the influence and was sentenced to 18 months in prison and a fine of $2,500; suspended to 38 days in jail a fine of $1,100 and 30 months probation.
• Jordan Reginald Wright, 39, of 525 Brantly St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was sentenced to two years in prison with credit for time served since Oct. 29.
• Tawanda Michelle Bates, 29, of 1578 Harrington St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to forgery and was sentenced to three years in prison; suspended to three years probation and to pay $790.30 in restitution.
Bates also pleaded guilty to conspiracy and was sentenced to three years in prison; suspended to three years probation.
• Paul James Hudson, 25, of Greer, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to six-and-a-half-years in prison.
Hudson also pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced to five years in prison.
• Michael Tyrone Winbush, 27, of 238 Satterwhite St. Whitmire, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Terrence Javon James, 26, of 2604 Myrtle St., Newberry pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana and was sentenced to five years in prison; suspended to five years probation.
James also pleaded guilty to possession of Ecstasy and was sentenced to six month in prison; suspended to five years probation.
• William Henry Dean, 53, of 904 Wise St., Newberry pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine and was sentenced to two years in prison; suspended to 153 days in jail with credit for time served of 153 days in jail and two years probation.
• Leonard Jamal Wimphrie, 25, with addresses at 2604 Myrtle St. Apartments and 2107 Gary’s Lane, Newberry, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a blue light and was sentenced to two years in prison.
Wimphrie also pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute Ecstasy, possession with intent to trafficking crack cocaine and intent to distribute Ecstasy in proximity of a school and was sentenced to five years in prison; suspended to two years in prison, and three years probation.
• Erick Markee Robinson, 19, of 218 Hardeman St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to a time not to exceed six years under the youthful offender act.
• Arthur Wilson Fite III, 52, of 1848 Lakewood Drive, Prosperity, pleaded guilty to first offense criminal domestic violence and was sentenced to 81 days with credit for time served.
• Tyson Lamaz Garner, 22, of Burlington, N.C., pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy and was sentenced to two days, time served.
• Randy Lynn Davis, 51, of 110 Vincent Way, Aberdeen, N.C., pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy and was sentenced to three days, time served.
• Kenny Lee Lindsay, 31, of Newberry pleaded guilty to distribution of crack cocaine and was sentenced to seven years.
• Stanely Lathrne Bolin. 49, of Leesville, pleaded guilty to attempting to escape from the Detention Center by removing mortar from the center’s block wall and was sentenced to four years in prison. Bolin also pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a blue light and possession of a stolen vehicle was sentenced to one year in prison for each, concurrently.
• Tracy Donell Cannon, 29, of 1312 Silas St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to public disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 22 days in jail.
• Anthony Randolph Cureton, 51, of 2521 Pine St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to distribution of crack cocaine and was sentenced to three years in prison with credit for time served since July.
• Darren Kendrick Cureton, 31, of 121 Nance Forest, Newberry, pleaded guilty to second offense criminal domestic violence and was sentenced to one year in prison and a fine of $2,500; suspended to 40 days time served in jail and 12 months probation.
• Tyrus Jontel Simms, 18, of 174 Mount Bethel-Garmany Road, Newberry, pleaded guilty to burglary, two counts of breaking into a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime and was sentenced to five years in prison with credit for time served since Feb. 12.
Simms also pleaded guilty to assault and battery with intent to kill and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
• Michael Shane Crumpton, 30, of 489 Sims St., Whitmire, pleaded guilty to two counts of lewd act upon a child and was sentenced to 10 years in prison; suspended to two years in prison and five years probation.
• Lorenzo Nelson, 25, of 607 Pope Circle, Newberry, pleaded guilty to distribution of crack cocaine and was sentenced to two years in prison.
Nelson also pleaded guilty to distribution of crack cocaine in the proximity of a school and was sentenced to 10 years in prison; suspended to two years in prison and three years probation.
• Maurice Vandell Bailey, 22, of 67 Miles Road, Newberry, pleaded guilty to malicious injury to property for putting pieces of a blanket into the sewer system at the jail and was sentenced to 469 days time served in jail. Bailey also pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to 10 years in prison; with credit for time served of 469 days and five years probation.
• Derrick Jermaine Wright, 30, of 816 Havird St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to threatening a public official and was sentenced to 33 days in jail with credit for time served of 33 days.
• Cedrick Terrel Griffin, 18, of 213 Caldwell St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to attempted armed robbery and was sentenced to credit for time served of eight-and-a-half months in jail.
• Tally Rufus Wadsworth, 20, of 3568 Grant Ave., Newberry, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a blue light and was sentenced to one year in prison; suspended to one day in jail and six months probation.
• Paul Wilson, 35, of 385 Wise St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to simple possession of marijuana and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for time served of three days.
• Arnulfo Ordonez Gonzalez, 21, of Montgomery Street, Newberry pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced to 101 days time served.
• Jarvis Wise, 20, of 526 Wise St., Newberry pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to 10 years in prison; suspended to 396 days in jail and five years probation with credit for time served since Nov. 3, 2008.
Wise also pleaded guilty to assault on a corrections officer and was sentenced to 13 months in jail.
• Phelepeo Nance, 32, of 627 Hill St., Newberry, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary and was sentenced to 10 years in prison with credit for time served since Nov. 29, 2008.
• Johnny Carroll Roller, 42, of 938 Central Ave., Whitmire, pleaded guilty to simple assault and battery and was sentenced to 12 days with credit for time served of 12 days.
• Donna Marie Short, 44, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and was sentenced to 18 months in prison; suspended to 18 months probation and credit for time served of one day.
