FLAT ROCK, N.C. — Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Ann Elkins, 49, will be conducted on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel.

Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of Floyd W. Sims and the late Floree Sims.

Mrs. Elkins was predeceased by her husband, Willie Ray Elkins.

Surviving are one daughter, Tequilla Sims of Newberry; two sons, Michael Sims of Newberry and Martin Sims of Charlotte, N.C.; father, Floyd W. Sims of Newberry; four sisters, Carolyn Kinard, Floral Sims of Newberry, Cheryl Sims of Clinton, Kendra Wright of Newberry; nine brothers, William Sims of Georgia, Floyd T. Sims, Howard Sims, John Earl Herbert and Sammy Sims, all of Newberry, Jamie (Lisa) Wright of Charlotte, N.C., Danny (Lynn) Wright, Kelvin (Trina) Wright, all of Newberry, Anthony Wright of Columbia; eight grandchildren, best friend, Brenda Davis; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
