POMARIA — Pomaria-Garmany archery team members have been practicing hard for upcoming events.
Pomaria-Garmany Elementary School will have an archery team practice from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. All are welcome to come out and support the school’s shooters.
On Feb. 9, the archery team members will shoot in a qualifying tournament at Pomaria-Garmany Elementary from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Medals and trophies will be presented to the high scorers. Concessions will be sold at both events.
The top 24 shooters will qualify for the State Elementary Tournament, which will be held March 21 at the Columbia Fairgrounds.
The PGES archery team will be present to support its top shooters.
