“Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” Psalm 103: 1-5

We are to bless the Lord even when we don’t feel like it. He is worthy of our praise. We are to bless the Lord for giving His life that we could have life.

He has compassion and His compassion has no limits. He healeth our diseases. Every part of us is diseased which is why we must be born again. He redeemeth from destruction and crowneth with loving kindness. He delivers us from darkness.

He gives joy and peace that we can not understand or explain. There are so many reasons for us to bless the Lord.
