How can our faith become stronger? First, we need to be sure of our commitment to Christ. We acknowledge our sins to God, and put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

We build our faith on the truths of God’s Word. The Bible is spiritual food. It helps our faith to grow. Without the knowledge of God’s Word our faith will always be uncertain.

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17

We need to hear God’s Word preached and taught. Our faith will grow stronger when we study our Bible, be a part of prayer groups, and other programs. We also draw strength from other believers.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1

We don’t need to stand still in our faith. We can have confidence and joy knowing that our faith is in Jesus Christ.
