From July 31, This year 17 youths from Newberry County traveled to Windy Gap, a YoungLife Camp 15 minutes north of Asheville, North Carolina. Here you can see the guys cabin dressed up as ninjas for the volleyball tournament.

From May 17, Newberry County’s Relay for Life took place on May 13, and helped raise $4,450 for cancer research, which brought the yearly total up to $58,000, according to Melinda Long, accounting chair for Newberry County Relay for Life. The goal for this year is $100,000.
