Christ has given all of us an opportunity for salvation. Some accept this gift when they are young, others when they are older.

No matter when we accepted Christ as our Saviour, He loves us all the same.

A lot of people have been mislead, being taught they have to work for salvation.

The Bible tells us in

Ephesians 2:8-10 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

The scriptures explain it, once we get saved, we will have a desire in our heart to work for Jesus.

Being able to share what God has done for us is an honor. We should never feel it’s our obligation to tell others about Jesus. It should be such a joy telling others about His love and what He has done for us. We don’t have to work for salvation, we work because we have salvation.

If you haven’t accepted this free gift, that is free to everyone, it’s so simple.

Romans 10: 9 tells us, “That if thou shall confess with thou mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

No one can make you accept this free gift. It has to be accepted as freely as God has given it. Salvation is truly a free gift from God.
