Our heavenly Father is never too busy for us. He comforts us in sickness, suffering, pain, sadness and in all our afflictions.

Sometimes God allows us to suffer through things so we can understand the afflictions of others. We are suppose to bear one another’s burdens.

“Bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2

Often we trust in the flesh. God allows suffering so we can learn to totally depend on Him.

Let us not resent the things we suffer through, but be reminded that we need to lean on God through it all. God tells us to give thanks in everything.

Sometimes it’s hard to say thank you God for the suffering we go through, but it’s good to know that we have comfort in Christ to face it all.

We probably would be proud and unconcerned if we never experienced some suffering in our lives.

“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulations, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort where we ourselves are comforted of God.” II Corinthians 3:4

Let’s lean on God for comfort through the good times and the bad times in our lives. He can comfort through all times. He truly is the God of all comfort.
