First of all, and most important, the will of God means believing Christ.
“And this is the will of him that sent me, that everyone which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up the last day.” John 6:40
If we believe in Christ and do the will of God we will never die.
“And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.” I John 2:17
We should always give thanks to God.
“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” I Thessalonians 5:18
When we strive to do the right thing we will suffer. “For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.” I Peter 3:17
The Bible is God’s will and must be applied to our lives. It gives principles to be followed, commandments to be obeyed, and things to be avoided. Sometimes each of us have decisions we must make. In order to know God’s will in such things we must be in fellowship with Him.
“If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. I John 1: 6-7
