The Mid-Carolina art club painted 78 local business windows this year in six different towns raising over $3,000 for art club supplies and community projects. The painting was delayed by a week due to weather conditions but the delay did not dampen the enthusiasm of the young artists. This year's finalist in the best window competition are Mid-Carolina Country Club, Antiques on Main, Alphabet Soup, and Dixie Heart Pine. The winner selected by a team of community members was Dixie Heart Pine painted by Martina Mills and Morgan Werts.
