NEWBERRY — Judge Eugene Griffith accepted the following guilty pleas during General Sessions Court held July 7 through July 11:


— James Anthony Crosby Jr., 25, 503 Smith St., Whitmire, failure to stop for blue light, 24 months, suspended; 24 months probation, credit time served.


— Andrew Khiry Ward, 22, of 196 Ridgeland Drive, North Augusta, financial transaction/card fraud, $500 or less, time served.


— Bobbie Lewis Epps, 44, of 290 Brooksridge Drive, Prosperity, shoplifting, $1,000 or less, six years, suspended, 90 days, probation 48 months; shoplifting/enhancement for third offense, six years, suspended, 90 days, probation 48 months, credit 12 days, concurrent.


— Amanda Marie Mellinger, 35, of 1514 Frank Merit Lane, Knoxville, Tenn., drugs/unlawful to advertise for sale, manufacture, possess, sell, etc., civil fine not more than $500, credit for time served.


— Lionel Wise, 51, of 295 Brooksridge Drive, Prosperity, larceny, breaking into motor vehicles/pumps/tanks where fuel is stored; 18 months prison, suspended to 36 months probation.


— Casey Marie Dean, 22, of 3640 Elmwood Circle, Newberry, drug possession, six months under Youthful Offender Act, suspended, six months probation.


— Montavius David Butler, 35, of 301 Heath Lane, Spartanburg, drug possession; 180 days prison, suspended, 18 months probation.


— Leonard Clarence Wilcox, 30, 4035 Kings Drive, Newberry, attempted possession of drugs/controlled substance, time served.


— Ricky Jovan Caughman, 21, of 259 S.C. 76, Chapin, criminal conspiracy, common law conspiracy, prison under Youthful Offender Act not to exceed three years, suspended, 36 months probation.


— Jimmy Leon Lott, 52, of 202 Pinetree Lane, Union, drug possession of cocaine, 24 months prison, 36 months probation, credit time served.


— Jonathan Isiah Boyd, 23, of 5227 New Hope Road, Pomaria, assault and battery, second degree, 15 months prison, credit for time served; common law strong arm robbery, 15 months prison, credit since April 21, 2014; financial transaction card fraud, value $500 or less in a six-month period, 12 months prison, credit time served, concurrent.
