The first completed project of three for the Newberry County Animal Shelter is the highway sign on S.C. 34 in Newberry. The Newberry County Humane Society, as a benefactor, was able to provide the sign, which gives periodic time and temperature, animals available for adoption, and advertises low cost spay/neuter.
