General Sessions Court guilty pleas accepted

NEWBERRY — Circuit Court Judge Frank Addy accepted the following guilty pleas during General Sessions Court held June 15 through June 19:

• Randevious Hi-Keem Sims, 20, of 102 Byrd St. in Prosperity, common law/strong arm robbery, 15 years in prison; unlawful carrying of handgun, one year in prison; prisoners contraband charge, one year in prison; all sentences concurrent.

• Trey Monteze Vanlue, 22, of 501 Leeman Ave. in Whitmire, third-degree burglary, first offense, Youthful Offender Act not to exceed five years.

• Morris Ray Peters, 50, of 91 Deliah Lane in Winnsboro, first-degree assault and battery, 10 years in prison, credit for time served since Oct. 30, 2013.

• John Earl Herbert Jr., 44, of 203 Palm Lane in Newberry, impersonating a law enforcement officer, one year in prison, suspended; four days, probation three years, credit for four days served. Impersonating a law enforcement officer, one year in prison, suspended; four days, probation three years, credit for four days served.

• Paroulo Feliciano Praylow, 34, of 712 Hunt St. in Newberry, possession of a stolen pistol, five years in prison, suspended; eight days, one year probation, credit for eight days served.

• Tykerius Dontrell Wise, 20, of 633 Caldwell St. in Newberry, failure to stop for blue lights, eight days in jail, credit for time served.

• Kathy Wells Kibler, 55, of 2307 Rosalyn Drive in Newberry, financial transaction card fraud value more than $500 in six month period, one year in prison, suspended; eight days, five years probation, credit for eight days served.

• Jaysen Randall Hodge, 34, of 720 Wilkes Road in Columbia, grand larceny more than $2,000 but less than $10,000, credit for time served in jail of 275 days.

• Veleska G. Gonzales, 44, of 137 Oak Hollow Road in Newberry, possession of drugs less than one gram of meth or cocaine base, two years in prison, suspended; one day, one year probation, credit for one day served.

• Devin Akeem Boyd, 25, of 319 Meadowlark Road in Little Mountain, possession of marijuana, five days in jail, credit for time served.

• Quandraqus Tyrelle Robinson, 26, of 103 Bodine Drive in Piedmont, second-degree burglary (non-violen), 10 years in prison, suspended; six years, five years probation. Second-degree burglary, three counts, 10 years in prison, suspended; six years, five years probation. Concurrent.

• Christopher O. Stevenson, 42, of 32 Oak Hollow Road in Newberry, criminal domestic violence (first offense), 30 days in jail, suspended; 21 days in anger management/alcohol counseling, credit for 21 days in jail.

• Jay B. Lukie, 44, of 4023 King St. in Newberry, driving under the influence second offense, 47 days in jail, credit for time served.

• Bobby Charles Lipscomb Jr., 23, of 1401 Drayton St. in Newberry, criminal domestic violence (second offense), one year in prison and $2,300, suspended; 30 days, $1,100, one year probation.

• Matrice Rafiel Sims, 25, of 153 Mount Bethel Garmany Road in Newberry, weapons/unlawful carrying of pistol, two days in jail, credit for time served.

• Eddie Oneal Rutherford, 31, of 917 Wise St. in Newberry, drug manufacturing, 50 days in jail, credit for time served. Narcotic drugs, 15 years in prison, suspended; two and a half years, three years probation, credit for two and one half years served, concurrent.

• Javone Dewayne Koonce, 24, of 3765 Bethel Church Road in Prosperity, third-degree assault and battery by mob (bodily injury resulted), one year in prison, credit for two months served in jail.
