The football camp, hosted by Brandan Davis, allowed youths to get first hand experience from a former USC player.

The youths started out with stretches, including frankensteins.

Those who worked the camp made sure all the boys stayed hydrated.

Brandan Davis worked one on one to help the youths with the drills.

The main goal of this camp was to help teach the boys coordination and agility.

The young men were able to learn quickly and master the drills.

This drill taught the boys agility, and how to maneuver.

Many of the younger youths that participated not only learned skills, but had fun at the same time.

This drill used tennis balls to teach the boys how to keep an eye on the ball and proper coordination.

On the first try many of the youths could not catch the ball, but after a second try were able to grab the ball and run.

NEWBERRY — Brandan Davis, a former USC Gamecock football player, hosted his second football camp on Saturday at Newberry High School. The funds raised from the camp go toward other camps and will be invested back into the community to help athletes become successful, Davis said.
