Haering officials speak at PTC


Representatives from Haering Precision USA recently made a presentation to students in the machine tool technology, mechatronics technology, electronic engineering technology and welding programs at Piedmont Technical College. One of the leading manufacturers of precision components and subassemblies for the automotive industry, the German-based company will be opening a facility in Lavonia, Ga. and is recruiting individuals for a three-year rotational training program at their German global headquarters. Speakers were Joseph Jeffers, a graduate of North Georgia Technical College who is in the training program, left, and Guenter Knoll, general manager.
