Newberry Middle School students Trinity Norris and Shwanda Pratt won first place in Westview Behavioral Health’s September art and poetry contest as a part of the September Celebration of Recovery. Students had to draw, paint or write a poem on what a life free from addiction meant to them. Both students were presented with a certificate and a $50 Wal-Mart gift card courtesy of Westview Behavioral Health.
