Newberry County LEO Association hosting July 4 celebration

The Newberry County Law Enforcement Officers Association will hold its annual Independence Day Celebration at 6 p.m. July 4 at Newberry High School. Festivities are free and begin with music and rides for the children. At 9 p.m. or shortly thereafter the evening culminates with one of the Southeast’s largest fireworks displays.


The Newberry County Law Enforcement Officers Association also accepts donations to help fund the event. No one is obligated to give, but law enforcement said any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be mailed to The Newberry County Law Enforcement Officers Association, P.O.
