Let’s be thankful and not complain

We must never lose sight of the tremendous truth that God is constantly at work in each detail of our lives. He is never limited by circumstances. If we are willing, God can use us for His glory. God is at work in all things.

Why should we grumble or complain if God is in control and accomplishing His will for our lives. So many times we complain instead of being thankful.

“Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” I Thessalonians 5: 16-8

If we are not careful we will be as the children of Israel. God was using Moses to bring them out of bondage and they murmured and complained. God forgives us for grumbling and complaining, if we ask Him.

We have so much to be thankful for. A thankful heart will give us peace and that is what we all need. We should ask God to change our complaining spirit and replace it with thanksgiving.

“Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 5:20

Let’s be thankful and not complain.
