JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — For the second straight week, the Newberry Wolves’ women’s golf team is the only non-Division I team in its tournament field, this time standing in second place by seven strokes after the first round of Butler’s Benbow Intercollegiate at the Jacksonville Beach Golf Club on Monday.

Due to technical difficulties, individual scores for the Wolves were not available.

The Wolves’ 333 is seven strokes behind Cleveland State’s 326. Newberry is at the top of a tight pack ahead of Alabama State (334), IUPUI (335) and Butler (339).
